Bearcat Tyres “PIMP MY SKIDSTEER” Melbourne Sandown Park ACE EXPO Construction Industry Exhibition Display Stand by KG Advertising Melbourne[su_spacer size=”30″]
Bearcat Tyres commissioned KG Advertising to design their Melbourne Sandown Park ACE EXPO Construction Industry Trade Exhibition Display Stand. KG Advertising were briefed on the project and presented a strategic creative marketing design solution accordingly. On a very tight budget and time frame KG Advertising worked collaboratively with Bearcat Tyres Marketing Manager and business stakeholders to deliver an exhibition display stand that rivalled the big spending, well-resourced industry heavyweights. To undertake the project KG Advertising required a strong technical and structural understanding of what is required to safely display heavy, large construction vehicle tyres, wheels, tracks and affiliated products. Most tyre products required new display stands to be designed and constructed, these stands were designed and technically drawn to scale prior to being approved and out-sourced to a structural engineering company to be manufactured.
The end result was Bearcat Tyres brand and products were presented distinctly with stand out in a crowd impact with “work safe, public safe” display stand design credentials. This exhibition display stand was valuable industry exposure and the beginning of a successful revival of the Bearcat Tyres brand and product range in an extremely competitive industry market place.
[/su_column] [su_column size=”1/2″ center=”no” class=””][su_spacer size=”10″] The feature of the Bearcat Tyres display was a fully pimped Toyota Digga Skidsteer, with disco ball, leopard skin seats, gold wheels and chrome Bearcat branded hub caps, fitted with Bearcats exclusive Solideal brand Skidsteer Construction Tyres, displayed on a raised stage to emphasis the cool wheels and tyres, it was a stand out show stopper generating a lot of event visitor interest, product enquires and sales. The Skidsteer tyres and wheels package were the major ‘show time giveaway prize’ for registered visitors to the Bearcat Tyres Exhibition Display Stand, which post show gave Bearcat Marketing a handy “authorised” email mailing list for ongoing targeted business development requirements.

When KG Advertising were first introduced to Outdoor Survival Australia (OSA) and briefed on our first project it had nothing at all to do with Exhibition Display Design. KG Advertising were engaged initially to prepare some brand promotion press advertisements, which we did and they were very successful in lifting the profile of OSA and products advertised. Due to the success of the press advertising campaign, KG Advertising were asked to put our Brand Designers and Exhibition Designers hat on and design the clients first exhibition display stand in many years, (which was going to be the springboard for OSA having 5 consecutive years of exceptional business growth). On a ridiculously low budget with a short lead time KG Advertising developed an exhibition business marketing strategy, a products display floor plan ‘planogram’, designed, manufactured and supplied display stands, display signage, exhibition sales brochures, promotional activities, hired furniture, developed a call-to-action sales purchasing incentive strategy, organised corporate gifts, audio visual displays, power supply, lighting, negotiated with exhibition organiser stake holders and show suppliers. KG Advertising project managed the entire design development, build and installation process from concept to completion, delivered on deadline to budget. In delivering a stand out exhibition display stand our client Ian Head Managing Director of Outdoor Survival Australia did make the point in saying it could never have happened without the herculean effort of KG Advertising (Robert Kelzke) – we did go beyond the call of duty to make this one a big success as we do with any project we undertake because we understand the importance of success! We also delivered a pretty awesome brand design identity in the process.

Brand Design Identification and Exhibition Display Stand Design Case Study – After Six Bridal and Formal Wear
KG Advertising was originally contacted by After Six Bridal and Formal Wear to ‘fix the brand’. Staff, friends and family tried doing it themselves without success, they then purchased an ‘on-line’ logo from a website logo design supermarket, which still did not fit the After Six Business Brand Identity Image, much time and resources being wasted in the process. KG Advertising won the brand design business and with it other marketing support projects such as the After Six Melbourne Bridal Expo display stand design and installation project. On a small budget and tight lead time KG Advertising managed to create an exhibition display that rivalled significantly larger, well resourced competitors. The Exhibition was an outstanding success – since the relaunch of their new brand identity, promotional print material and bridal exhibition After Six has enjoyed a considerable increase in consumer interest, sales have increased dramatically and they have re-captured and grown ‘market share’.
